Section 2
Definition
In this Act, unless the subject or context otherwise requires,–
(a) "Secretary-General" means the Secretary-General of the Federal Parliament (b) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the House of Representatives or the Secretary of the National Assembly appointed in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal.
